To All Players:
We have recently identified a group of users who deliberately exploited game vulnerabilities to illegitimately obtain "GEMS" in-game currency. Such actions severely violate our End User License Agreement (EULA) and constitute a blatant disregard for the principles of fair play.
To protect the rights of our legitimate players and uphold a just gaming environment, our operations team has conducted thorough investigations and will enforce the following strict penalties:
- Permanent Account Bans: All accounts confirmed to have illegally obtained Gems through this exploit will be permanently banned with immediate effect. The list of banned User IDs is provided in the appendix below.
- Severe Penalties for NFT Redemption via Exploited Assets:
- Of grave concern is that some users used fraudulently acquired Gems to redeem large quantities of "Hot Spring Sanctuary NFT Series" items. Regarding this:
- The operations team will immediately revoke and invalidate all [Hot Spring Sanctuary NFT Series] NFTs obtained through this exploit. These NFTs will be deemed void assets and removed from relevant accounts.
- Any player found holding such fraudulently obtained NFTs will be deemed in severe violation of the EULA. Be advised: Continued possession of these void NFTs will result in the permanent banning of your game account.
We hereby issue this stern declaration:
- Any form of cheating, exploitation of vulnerabilities (exploits), or use of unauthorized third-party tools constitutes malicious sabotage of game integrity and fair competition.
- Our team maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards actions that damage the game environment. We will continuously monitor game data and rigorously enforce penalties, including but not limited to permanent account bans and revocation of illicit assets, to safeguard fairness.
- The penalties imposed for exploiting vulnerabilities and fraudulently redeeming NFTs are final and non-negotiable.
We recognize that the vast majority of our players abide by the rules and enjoy the game in good faith. We sincerely apologize for any disruption this incident may have caused. We thank you for your commitment to maintaining a fair gaming environment.
Appeal Process (For Legitimate Disputes ONLY):
If you believe your account was banned in error, or if you contest the origin of NFTs in your possession, you may submit an appeal through official customer support channels, Email to [email protected] . Appeals must provide conclusive evidence demonstrating no involvement in cheating activities. Appeals for confirmed violations will not be entertained.
We urge all players to take this as a serious warning, strictly adhere to the game rules, and join us in fostering a fair and healthy gaming ecosystem.
